IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COVID-19

Our priority is always the safety and well-being of our guests.

The new measures for 2020 of Covid-19 in Alexander Beach Hotel and Village:

UPON ARRIVAL

• Visitors will have to keep 2.0 m between each other (except families or friends accommodated in the same room).
• It is not mandatory for guests to wear masks in the hotel
• All hotel staff is wearing masks
• All hotel staff have received thorough training on our enhanced protocols, in addition to training on identifying any flu or virus-like symptoms and following a firm procedure on reporting to a medical official.
• Temperature measuring with touchless devises available
• Hand Sanitizing dispenser at the hotels entrance

ROOMS

• Due to the COVID-19 protocols, the check-in and check-out times are modified, as we need significant time to disinfect the room before each guest’s arrival. For that reason, the Check-in time will be at: 15:00 and the Checkout time at: 11:00.
• Room Keys are disinfected
• Before arrival of guests a meticulous cleaning and disinfection program is followed
• The hotel has been advised to get rid of decorative objects such as throw pillows and reusable items likely to be shared, such as menus and magazines.
• According to the Hellenic Government guidelines housekeeping will be less frequent during stays, and turndown services have been abolished. Service, towels and sheets changed will be done daily, only upon customer request. Otherwise it’ll be done every 3 days. Please contact the Reception if you want a more frequent service.

RESTAURANT, TAVERNAS, BARS

• Please use the Hand Sanitizing dispensers which are placed at the entrances of each Restaurant , Taverna and Bar
• All seating capacities have been reduced, min. distance between tables 1,5 meters . The minimum distance allowed between tables ranges from 90 cm to 180 cm, and no more than six people are allowed at one table, although these restrictions do not apply to families with children.
• Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use
• Breakfast and Dinner in Buffet-style hot and cold, plus Show Cooking Stations. Our well trained staff will serve guests from the buffet serving stations.
• Plexiglas partitions at all service points and Buffets

BEACH & POOLS

• Reduced number of guests in all pools
• intensified disinfection, chlorification and monitoring programs for the water
• Minimum 2 meters distance between sunbeds
• Sunbeds are disinfected after each sitting
• Pre-booking of sunbeds is not necessary
• It is recommended at swimming pools, to use the shower before entering and after exiting the water.
• The indoor pool is not allowed to operate

SPA, WELLNESS

• The SPA will operate in accordance to the safety protocols and hygiene guidelines. The Reception will inform you on the available treatments.

SPORTS & ACTIVITIES

• All kinds of outside sports and activities including Tennis and Water Sports are available. Animation programs, entertainment, shows etc. will be operated as usual.

VISITORS

• Hotel’s rooms are for customer-use only.
• No visitors are permitted.

DOCTORS SERVICE

• 24/7, please contact the Reception in case of health problems
